½ oz. lime juice
½ oz. orange curacao
½ oz. light rum
½ oz. Velvet Valernum
1 oz. dark rum
Passion fruit foam
In a pint glass, dry muddle pineapple. Add lime juice, curacao, rums, and Velvet Valernum. Shake with ice. Strain into bucket glass over ice. Add passion fruit foam to top.
Fleetwood Smash
2 strawberries
3 basil leaves
½ oz. lime juice
½ oz. simple syrup
1 ½ oz. orange vodka
Dry muddle strawberries and basil. Add lemon juice, simple syrup, and vodka. Add ice. Shake. Pour contents into a bucket glass. Garnish with strawberry and basil leaf.

3 large slices cucumber
3 mint leaves
½ oz. lavender simple syrup
½ oz. lime juice
1 ½ oz. vodka
Soda water
Dry muddle cucumber and mint leaves. Add simple syrup, lime juice, and vodka. Add ice and shake. Strain into a bucket glass with ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with cucumber slice.

½ oz. bourbon
2 dashes Angostura bitters
2 dashes orange bitters
In a bucket glass, over one oversized ice cube, add bourbon and bitters. Stir until ice melts. Garnish with orange peel.

1 watermelon, ginger, and lime ice cube
1 ½ oz. gin
Tonic water
Put flavored ice cube in a bucket glass. Add gin and stir. Top with tonic water. Garnish with lime.

1 oz. vodka
1 oz. hibiscus syrup
½ oz. lime juice
Candied hibiscus flowers
Add vodka, simple syrup and lime juice to shaker. Add ice. Shake and empty contents into a bucket glass. Garnish with candied hibiscus flower.

3 mint leaves
1 strawberry
1 sugar cube
Squeeze lemon juice
1 ½ oz. bourbon
2 dashes bitters
Ginger beer
Add mint, strawberry, sugar cube and lemon juice to pint glass. Muddle. Add bourbon and bitters and ice. Shake. Pour contents into a bucket glass. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with mint.
A Beth of Fresh Air
2 oz. gin
1 oz. lavender simple syrup
2 dashes lavender bitters
½ oz. cranberry juice
½ oz. lemon juice
Soda water
In shaker, add gin, simple syrup, bitters, cranberry juice and lemon juice. Add ice and shake. Pour contents into a highball glass. Top with soda water. Garnish with lavender.
The Garibaldi Cocktail
Orange rimming sugar
1 ½ oz. Campari
1 orange
Rim glass with orange sugar. Add two ice cubes. Add Campari. Squeeze ½ orange. Stir. Add ice to top of glass. Squeeze last half of orange on top.
Rosé Shandy
½ Rosé wine
½ lemonade
1 lemon
Mix over ice. Squeeze quarter lemon juice. Garnish with lemon slice.
The Blue Hawaii
1 oz. light rum
1 oz. blue curacao
2 oz. pineapple juice
1 oz. cream of coconut
Fill blender half full with ice. Add rum, curacao, pineapple juice and cream of coconut. Blend. Pour into a hurricane glass and garnish with cherry and pineapple slice.
